• Only one discount code may be used per order, they can not be reproduced or copied at any time indirectly or directly. We reserve the rights to terminate or modify any discounts at anytime and without notice. 
• You must pay in full for the goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order.
• Ownership in the goods we supply to you will not pass until we have received all sums due and payable by you for or in connection with the goods, including (where applicable) delivery charges.
• We may correct an error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
• Individual product pricing is inclusive of VAT if applicable unless otherwise state
• Our products are made in a kitchen which stores and handles nuts and other potential allergens however our labels state clearly when they are present in any of the ingredient list in any meal. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredient list to check for any allergens they wish to avoid. • You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and maintenance of your personal account information and password.
• You accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password.
• We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage as failure by you to protect your password or account details.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate personal accounts, amend and remove content and cancel orders (at no cost to you).

• When we receive your order we will dispatch on the next available delivery day, a email confirmation will let you know what day this is going to be. • Your repeat subscription order will be delivered on the same day of the week your first order was received. For example - if your delivery was received on a Tuesday it will be delivered on the same day of the week on your next repeat subscription order. If you wish to change your delivery day please contact us via email orders@mammaritas.co.uk These changes have to be placed two working days before your delivery is due. Any changes after this time may not be accepted for your next scheduled delivery.
• Delay in delivery – delivery of your goods may be delayed occasionally by circumstances outside of our control. We cannot however accept liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay. 
• Please note our delivery lead times stated in the checkout procedure exclude all Bank Holidays and weekends.
• We will arrange for delivery of the products you have ordered by the method and to the address which you have specified in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
• If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and you are not eligible for a refund of the cost of goods. 
• If you wish to have a Saturday delivery, please email us at orders@mammaritas.co.uk we will organise your delivery for this day. These changes are to be made two working days before your delivery day. Any changes made after this date may not be accepted. There is a £16 extra charge for Saturday deliveries, customers are liable to pay the full amount of the charges.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are committed to providing accurate and speedy delivery. We use a independent, third party delivery service and whilst we have chosen them for their speed and care in handling frozen product, we can not be held responsible for factors out of our control after pick up from our premises. Delivery is quoted for the UK mainland*. We aim to dispatch your goods the next working day of receipt of your order which will then be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. If you wish to have your items delivered on Saturday there will be an extra £16 charge to be paid before dispatch. Please email us if you wish to change or amend a delivery day
